- security asked whether he was moving out;
- he stated that he was not moving out and intended to return;
- he alleged that departure was nevertheless delayed;
- during the incident he contacted a German Embassy security/police liaison;
- the vehicles were ultimately permitted to leave;
- he subsequently requested preservation of CCTV footage, gate logs, occurrence-book records, radio communications, calls, and related internal communications.
Management response
On 25 June 2026, Enaki Resident Services acknowledged the complaint, apologized for any inconvenience experienced during the resident’s exit, and stated that an internal review of the incident had commenced.
Further resident response
The resident subsequently stated that multiple witnesses supported his account and that video/audio recordings of parts of the incident existed. The platform has not reviewed those recordings or spoken to those witnesses.
