What this log covers
This log records official replies submitted to the archive for publication. It is distinct from management correspondence described inside incident records — that correspondence was reviewed as source material, not submitted as a response for publication.
Reasonable responses received will be published in full alongside the relevant section. Submissions may be reviewed for relevance and personal contact details are not published.
“Under review” is a processing status only. It records that a response has been received and is being checked for sender authority and personal-data redaction. It is not a finding that the response is inaccurate or false. Substantive responses are not silently abridged.
Rows for responses under review show only metadata approved for publication. No response text, sender name, contact detail or private evidence appears here. No verified coverage period has been recorded yet, so the absence of rows below should not be read as an absence of responses.
