Right of Response

Enaki Town management, HASS Consult, contractors, and any named party are invited to submit official responses, corrections, clarifications, or rebuttals for publication.

NoticeSubmitted responses are stored privately and reviewed for relevance. A response is preserved as a separate record: publishing a response never overwrites or removes the original entry. Personal contact details are not published.

You can also write to press@enakitown.com. If the form reports a problem, your text stays on screen so you can copy it into an email.

Who can submit a response?
Enaki Town management, HASS Consult, related entities, contractors, and any named party may submit official responses, corrections, clarifications, or rebuttals.
Will responses be published in full?
Reasonable responses received will be published in full alongside the relevant section. Submissions may be reviewed for relevance and personal contact details are not published.
Can a response request the removal of a specific allegation?
Yes. The platform reviews removal and correction requests in good faith. Where a request is supported by documentation, the relevant entry is updated, contextualised, or removed.
Is there a deadline for responses?
No. Responses can be submitted at any time and will be reviewed on receipt.
What is the alternative contact channel?
Responses may also be sent to press@enakitown.com. Include the section, the specific entry, and any supporting materials.
Does submitting a response waive any legal rights?
No. Submitting a response does not waive any legal rights of the submitting party. The platform does not provide legal advice.
